When should I book my shoot?

We typically recommend booking your shoot at least 1-2 weeks in advance, but feel free to reach out and see if we have any openings sooner. Shoots on Saturday or Sunday are subject to a 20% surcharge.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and credit cards.

What are your turnaround times?

You will receive the online proofs and a DVD of all of your photos on the same day of the shoot. Photos being retouched will take up to two weeks and printed photos will take an additional one-two weeks to be mailed to you after the shoot.

How many pictures do you take?

We typically take 50-100 pictures per look and you are able to choose which of these photos you would like retouched after the shoot.

Do you have outdoor locations at your studio?

We offer multiple indoor and outdoor locations at our studio at no additional charge. Our studio is located on the riverwalk in downtown Chicago, giving us access to beautiful outdoor scenery along the Chicago River. We do charge a travel fee for on-location shoots.

Where is your studio located?

We are located at 345 N Canal St. Chicago, IL 60606. Our location is walking distance from multiple CTA lines and Metra stations.
